Manufactured in France from 1970 the Teihol Citeadine was an electric vehicle powered by a 48v electric motor. With its polyester body and tubular steel chassis and a bank of eight 12 volt batteries, the vehicle was able to run around 25 - 40 miles on a single charge with a top speed of 31 mph.
The vehicle had a single opening front door and seated two adults. Other versions of the vehicle were also made including the Messagette and the Handicar for the disabled. Production of all models ceased in 1983.
