Seal

The Seal was first manufactured by Seal Motors Ltd in Manchester (UK).  Produced from 1910 until the early 1930’s the vehicle was described by the manufacturer as being “Sociable, Economical and Light”   Powered by a 1,000cc engine the Seal was essentially a motorbike and sidecar though steering was done by a steering wheel inside the body whilst the gear lever was outside. The body was made of steel and the Seal had a fabric convertible top.  Weighing around 5cwt the vehicle managed around 50-60mpg.
