The "TÜV" in Germany, short for "Technischer Überwachungsverein," translates to "Technical Inspection Association" in English. In Germany, a Class A driving license is required to operate a three-wheeled motorcycle, especially those with more than 50cc and over 45 km/h. Alternatively, a Class A2 license may suffice if the three-wheeled vehicle's power is under 35 kW.
