VillardDescriptionThe Villard was first manufactured in Oise, France 1925 by “Ste des Automobiles Villard”. The vehicle was powered by a single-cylinder 345cc 2-stroke engine which drove the single front wheel via a 6-speed friction transmission and single chain. The Villard came in two versions, the first was a two-seater touring model that was capable of 35 mph, and the second was a sports model capable of 50 mph. By 1927 Villard began to also make 4-wheelers and by 1931 the 3-wheeler was built as a light delivery van powered by a 350cc Chaise engine. It was in this form that the most 3-wheelers were sold. Villard ceased production in 1935. Detailed Information
