Sceadu

Description

Set for manufacture in 2006, the Sceadu was created by Dave Mounce (Sceadu Design) in Arizona (USA).  The vehicle is constructed from a powder coated steel perimeter frame with roll bar and a fibreglass body.  Power comes from a 6.5hp 4 stroke OHV engine (though 13hp Honda engines are currently being tested) which combined with the low weight of the vehicle (350lbs) can give a maximum speed of 50mph through an automatic transmission.  The vehicle is controlled by a tiller system with all controls attached to it.
