SaccomandoDescriptionThe Saccomando Trike was first constructed in Walkley (UK) in the mid 1980’s by Ed Saccomando. The Trike, of which only three were ever made, uses an Austin Mini as a donor car and is also powered by the Mini’s 998cc engine. The body is formed using a tubular steel chassis (4" diameter) and with a glass fibre body attached to it. The vehicle also features detachable wings and bonnet. The second Saccomando was built in Sheffield in 1988 and in addition featured twin carbs and a three branch manifold. The third and final one was built in 1992. The Saccomando unlike other trikes of similar design is a four seater with two small seats with lap belts in the back suitable for children. Detailed Information
