The yellow one pictured here is most certainly a computer generated image. It is 3 V-Twins mated together.

The "trike" pictured here has a 1930s Kinner (5 cylinders) radial airplane engine.

The light blue Morgan 3 wheeler in the pictures above has a Pobjoy Niagara radial engine in it. The Pobjoy Niagara is a British seven-cylinder, air-cooled, radial, aero-engine first produced in 1934. The design ran at higher speeds than conventional engines, and used reduction gearing to lower the speed of the propeller. This led to a noticeable off-centre mounting for the propeller.
