The Pinguin was built in Germany in 1956 by Ruhr-Fahrzeug R. Muething. Powered by a ILO 200 ccm, 10 HP, fan-cooled engine the vehicle had an alloy body attached to a steel tube frame.  It is believed that it never went into production though a small number of prototypes were made..  .
