The B.E.F. was first introduced in Berlin  (Germany) in 1907. The B.E.F was an electric vehicle that was built both as a commercial van and private vehicle. The vehicle had front wheel drive that was designed by Victor Harborn. Manufacture of the B.E.F ceased in 1914.
