On September 16th 2010 the Tamworth Herald featured an article on Tamworth Heritage weekend and mentioned the 5th Reliant Gathering which also included two of my photos. The article also added:
...And Elvis Payne, organiser of the Reliant display, said: "This year the Reliant gathering saw the biggest display yet with an astounding 94 vehicles all parked in St Editha's Square.
"This display had a huge variety of vehicles that included a vehicle from every decade of Reliant's production."
He added: "The display is also now attracting people from around Europe as well as the UK.
"A number of Reliants had been driven from both ends of the country, with vehicles from as far as Kent and Scotland. One enthusiast, Thomas Touw, drove over from Holland just for the display in a Reliant-built Metro Cab taxi – and then afterwards drove back to Holland."
