In August 2010 I (webmaster) went to Cuba and along with all the 1940s and 1950s American cars there I was surprised to see a number of 3-wheelers as well.
In Varadero and Havanna there were small Piaggios and Vespa of all shapes and sizes included numerous 3-wheelers that were acting as Taxis.
