In the May 2014 edition of Automobile the magazine featured a review of my book, The A-Z of Three-Wheelers.
The saying that you can't please all the people all the time comes to mind as the Automobile really didn't like my book at all. They appeared to like this web site (but issued the wrong web site address for it) though they said that the A-Z section of the web site really didn't translate to the printed page. They were not happy that so much space in the book is given to large photos, especially of more modern vehicles that I'm guessing a pre-war magazine really don't like. Perhaps the two biggest issues they had was the inclusion (I think) of the Bubble Puppy saying the book quotes its WW2 history as fact when it is a myth created by the builder of the Bubble Puppy. How they actually know the history is a myth though I don't know as I have found no sources that say otherwise. Also they really hated the word "Definitive" in the book's title as they say a number of vehicles are not included in the book so it certainly isn't a definitive guide. On the other hand though they were full of praise for Chris Ree's A-Z of Three-Wheelers book.
